Hi!I am...
A keen and curious observer of human condition. I hope to design meaningful experiences that empower and engage.
I was...
an art educator with background in Illustration (Design) who was unknowingly applying UX in my daily roles. No child is the same - just like our users - and it takes empathy to understand who they are, how they learn and why they behave so in order to formulate ways to teach them better.
It was never a one-size-fits all approach but I enjoyed the whole creative problem solving process. Most importantly, it always delight me when I see the sparkle in them when they achieved their learning goals and beyond.
While teaching has been fulfiling, I now want to challenge myself further to see how I can use design to problem solve and creates wider impact.
*Fun fact: I also have a degree in Business and as an ex-auditor, I am highly detail-oriented and analytical.
“We must design for the way people behave, not for how we would wish them to behave.”
